Biography

Dr. Venant is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Energy Engineering in the school of Engineering , UR-College of Science and Technology. He holds a BSc. degree in Machine building Technology in 1995 , Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1996 and a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering /Applied mechanical Vibration in machine parts treatment in 2010 from Don State Technical University , Russia. Dr Venant has conducted postdoctoral research at University of Yaounde 1,National Advanced polytechnic School of Engineering,Cameroon from 2014 to 2017.He has also conducted postdoctoral research in Biomechanics and Robotics at Texas A&M University USA from 2019 to 2021. His main research interests are Mechanical vibration,automobile ,Energy ,biomechanics Engineering,Robotics and Education in Higher Learning Institutions Dr. Venant is a member of Technical Committee and reviewer of ICSREE journal. Dr. Venant has published 5 conference papers and 19 peer reviewed journal papers. Dr. Venant has supervised more than 25 Final year undergraduate projects , 16 Master projects and 2 PhD project (one completed and one still ongoing.
