KAZARWA Sylvie

Biography

Sylvia is an Assistant Lecturer in the department of Finance. She holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business (Finance) Degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) (Finance)

She is a qualified Certified Trainer under the University of Lumberg (Germany) STEP (Student training for Entrepreneurship Promotion) program. She has also undertaken trainings in, securities investments, strategic planning, cost benefit analysis, etc.

She has also been involved in the teaching of various modules such as Investments and portfolio management, Financial institutions and financial markets, Banking, Advanced financial management, strategic management, project management and International finance.

Areas of research : Business, financial inclusion, investments, corporate finance, sustainable development, small and medium enterprises.

Publications : Co-author----“Impact of access to financial services on business development in Rwanda”. (Research paper approved for publication)
