Professional Experience :
Director General (DG) of the Rwanda Education Board (REB) under the Ministry of Education of Rwanda (February 2018 - November 2020).
Consultant for regional and international agencies including the International Labour Organisation (ILO), Commonwealth of Learning (COL), Education Development Trust (EDT), African Institute for Development and Policy (AFIDEP), UNICEF, USAID, UNESCO, FHI 360, World Vision, Save the Children, Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA), and UNIVERSALIA.
Teaching :
Dr. Ndayambaje teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the areas of educational planning, leadership and management, human and financial resources management in education, and ICT in education.
Supervision :
He has successfully supervised over 20 Bachelor’s degree projects, more than 10 Master’s theses, and three PhD dissertations.
International Exposure :
Dr. Ndayambaje has attended conferences and workshops in countries such as Uganda, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Morocco, Togo, Germany, Egypt, Norway, and India. He is actively involved in a network of scholars and professionals in the field of education.
