KAVIIRA Annet

Biography

Kaviira Annet is an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Rwanda College of Education. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, along with a Post Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education and another in Social and Educational Research Methods. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a major in Economics.

With a strong background in teaching and research, Kaviira has gained extensive experience in various fields, including entrepreneurship, marketing, competence-based curriculum, and school leadership. She has participated in numerous training programs and is highly involved in consultancies. Kaviira has collaborated with institutions such as Educate, VVOB, USAID, Mastercard, Higher Education for Development, and the Rwanda Education Board, contributing to reports that focus on promoting entrepreneurship and education in Rwanda.

Her research interests include topics such as "Gender Differences in Education Outcomes : A Situational Analysis of Enrollment and Graduation Rates Between Public and Private Higher Learning Institutions in Rwanda."
